Terms of service
Last updated: 8 October 2026
These terms apply to your use of this website and to all services provided by [LEGAL-NAME], trading as Flowza Solutions, registered in [JURISDICTION] (company no. [COMPANY-NUMBER]), [ADDRESS] ("we", "us", "our"). By using this website or buying our services, you agree to these terms.
1. Our services
We provide AI automation consulting, design, development and ongoing support, as described on our services and pricing sections. Before any paid work begins, we send you a written proposal setting out the scope, deliverables, timeline and price. If a proposal conflicts with these terms, the proposal takes priority.
2. Prices and currency
All prices are in US dollars (USD) and exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. The price you pay is the one shown in your approved proposal or invoice.
3. Payment
- Automation Audit: paid in full before the audit starts.
- Build Project: 50% deposit before work starts and 50% on delivery, unless the proposal sets out different milestones.
- Ongoing Partner: billed monthly in advance and renews automatically each month until cancelled.
Invoices are due within 14 days. Card payments are processed by a PCI-DSS compliant payment provider; we never receive or store your full card details.
4. Cancellations and refunds
Cancellations and refunds are covered by our refund & cancellation policy, which forms part of these terms.
5. Delivery
How and when we deliver services is covered by our service delivery policy, which forms part of these terms.
6. Your responsibilities
- Give us accurate information and the access we need to do the work.
- Make sure you have the right to use any data, accounts and tools you ask us to connect.
- Pay for any third-party software your automations rely on, unless agreed otherwise.
7. Acceptable use
We do not build automations that send unsolicited bulk messages (spam), scrape data in breach of a website's terms, impersonate people or businesses, or support any unlawful activity. We may decline or stop work that we reasonably believe falls into these categories.
8. Ownership
Once you have paid in full, you own the automations, configurations and documents we create specifically for you. We keep ownership of our general know-how, templates and tools. Third-party platforms remain subject to their own terms.
9. Confidentiality and data
We keep your business information confidential and use it only to provide our services. Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal data.
10. AI and third-party platforms
Automations depend on third-party platforms and AI models that can change, have outages or produce imperfect results. We design workflows with human review where mistakes would matter, but we cannot guarantee that third-party services will always be available or accurate.
11. Liability
We provide our services with reasonable skill and care. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any engagement is limited to the fees you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
12. Website content
Content on this website is general information and does not form a binding offer until confirmed in a written proposal.
13. Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force when you approve a proposal applies to that engagement.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION], and its courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.
15. Contact
